4 steps to becoming an RBT

Register for training.

Our 40-hour RBT training program meets the 2026 BACB requirements to obtain certification. Just complete the registration form below to get started!

Complete the 40-hour training and receive a certificate

Once you enroll in the course, you will have access to our 40-hour training sequence. You'll need to watch each 5-10min video in full, as well as complete any related quizzes, to move on to the next sectopm. Be sure to finish each video and click the "mark complete" button!

Obtain additional documents

Be sure to check the BACB website for the additional documentation you will need, including passing a competency check, to submit your application.

Apply to be an RBT

You will need to create an account on the BACB, submit all relevant documentation to be approved to sit for the exam. Once you pass the exam, you'll become an RBT!
